About Cassia Wright
Cassia joined APS Intelligence as a Business Psychologist in January 2021. Cassia completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Organisational and Social Psychology; thus, giving her a broad psychological knowledge base and experience in conducting research.
Cassia is an advocate for continuous learning and working to help better understand how organisational environments can impact individuals. Her Bachelor’s and Master’s dissertations were focused on well-being, resilience and the changing world of work; specifically the impact of an increasingly mobile career on employees’ professional identities. She remains linked to academic research by being a member of the Organisational Psychology division of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
At APS Cassia works alongside our other Business Psychologists, as a team they conduct research and compile virtual organisational diagnostics for our clients. They work to put all the pieces of the puzzle together and produce reports which outline key issues within organisations. Cassia is passionate about helping individuals to be able to grow in their environments (although her house plants may disagree with this) through developing inclusive organisational cultures.
In her spare time Cassia enjoys reading, watching movies, and creating digital prints for her friends and family; she is always looking for new creative outlets.
