Participant distribution across classification tiers
Each participant is classified into one of four tiers based on their weighted overall score. Distinguished indicates consistently strong team collaboration capability. Establishing indicates a functional level with room for growth. Emerging indicates early-stage development. Developing indicates fundamental areas that need attention before other progress is likely.

Participants scoring furthest from the cohort average in each dimension
Large deviations highlight where individual experiences of the team differ most sharply from the group norm. A wide gap between the highest and lowest scorer on a given dimension suggests that the team environment is not experienced uniformly, and that structural or interpersonal factors may be creating very different realities for different people.
